Do you offer a warranty on your outsoles?
Yes, we are famous for our 5,000-mile sole warranty. If you wear your FeelTrue® outsoles down to less than 1mm thick at the ball or heel, we will replace them for a nominal cost.
What is your return policy for UK customers?
We offer a 45-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your shoes on indoors on a clean surface to remain eligible.
