We want you to love your Xero Shoes, which is why we offer a 45-day return policy for any product in unworn, brand-new condition. If the fit isn't perfect or you change your mind, our simple process ensures a smooth exchange or refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure they are placed inside a separate shipping box to protect the product box from damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
